Feras's Picks (“we”) is a personal NFL picks site and newsletter run by Feras Karablieh. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit feraskarablieh.github.io/nfl-picks or sign up for our emails or text messages, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your mobile phone number if you sign up for texts, and your email address if you sign up for emails.
- Consent records: when and how you agreed to receive messages, and when you opt out.
- Message activity: whether messages were delivered, opened or clicked, and your replies such as STOP or HELP.
The pick sheet itself has no accounts, no ads and no analytics. Live scores are loaded in your browser from ESPN's public scoreboard, and fonts from Google Fonts. Those services receive standard request information such as your IP address.
How we use it
Only to send you the picks you signed up for, to honor opt-out requests, and to answer you if you contact us.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone for their own marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We use Klaviyo to store subscriber details and send our emails and texts. Klaviyo processes this information on our behalf only to deliver our messages. Wireless carriers handle text messages to deliver them. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
- Access or deletion: email ferask@gmail.com and we'll send you what we hold or delete it.
Retention and security
We keep your details while you're subscribed, and keep consent and opt-out records afterward so we can show we honored them. Information is stored with Klaviyo, which uses industry-standard security.
Children
Our messages are not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be announced to subscribers.
